Suburban Ski Club is headed to Schweitzer!

Schweitzer Mountain is considered one of the best family-friendly ski resorts in the Pacific Northwest and offers amazing views of the surrounding town (Sandpoint) as well as of Canada and Lake Pend Oreille. Besides its many trails, it also offers almost 20 miles of Nordic trails, which can be used for snowshoeing or cross-country skiing in the winter, or mountain biking in the summer. After you’re done playing on the mountain, take advantage of the shopping, dining and available spa experiences available to you.

Cancellation Policy:

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE CAREFULLY. THERE CAN BE NO EXCEPTIONS:

INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATIONS

** All requests for changes, cancellations or refunds must be made in writing to the trip captain.
** All deposits are non-refundable unless a replacement participant is found; either by the person cancelling or from a waiting list.
**Cancelling individual may be reimbursed for the trip up to the amount paid less any unrecoverable expenses from vendors.
**Cancellation at any time will result in the loss of travel insurance premium, credit card fees and $25 cancellation fee.

COVID-19 TRIP CANCELLATION

If the entire trip should have to be cancelled 90 days or less prior to travel, due to any government directive or travel restrictions caused by additional COVID-19 outbreaks, the following policy ONLY will apply:
An Administrative fee of $60 per person booked will be retained by Sports America from any refunds negotiated from the trip’s service suppliers. Any credit card fees, travel protection premiums, and non-refundable air costs already paid by guests cannot be refunded.

By completing your registration, you have agreed to participate in the 2025 Suburban Ski trip sponsored by SSC as described in this online registration and in the trip flyer. This trip is subject to SSC’s Terms and Conditions published on the Suburban Ski Club website: https://www.suburbanskiclub.org/terms-and-conditions or provided upon request. I, the undersigned, do hereby agree to participate in the Ski Trip to Schweitzer for the week from Saturday, January 25 - February 1st, 2025 sponsored by the Suburban Ski Club, and in consideration of being allowed to participate, assume the risk of personal injury to my person and for property damage or loss to my property, and I agree to hold the Suburban Ski Club and the trip coordinator absolute harmless for any injury or loss of property.
